  • Digital Products: Once digital study materials have been accessed or downloaded, cancellation is generally not possible. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
  • Physical Products: If you wish to cancel an order for physical study materials, you must notify us within 7 days of placing the order. The cancellation request should be sent to hr@kamtrainingservices.com, and it will be subject to our approval.

2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital study materials will be considered only if a valid reason is provided, such as technical issues preventing access or content discrepancies. Refund requests must be submitted within [X] days of purchase.

Note*: Is the payment is made and for some technical issue , you have failed to access the course , with proof of the same , the money will be refunded to you within 7 days of your raising the request and with proof
